Stayed for just a little over a week. Great location. Close to the motorway, walking distance to shops in the city. Rooms were tidy and kitchen had everything we needed. Great to have our own laundry appliances. Great to have parking but the extra cost for it was a surprise. Wifi was a bit touch and go. Didn't always work well. We were a family of 5 so needed more stable wifi.

Fairly good location, comfortable bed and good value for a family stay. The hotel itsself is fine the carpet needs replacing in the room, the self contained kitchen didn't have any cooking trays for the oven so couldn’t use the oven or grill for our breakfast. Then the pull out bed doesn’t really fit in the 2 bedroom apartment and we had to move furniture around so we could use it. Our room was on the 13th floor but still very noisey but it’s the city I guess! Ear plugs would be a good idea. We had to park in the wilson car cark on another street as the car park was full, I wasn’t aware we had to pre book the hotel car park. Maybe a few things to tweak to improve ratings!

The parking is exceptionally difficult entering the carpark and the lights don’t always work, I had paid for parking and got back to complex one evening and there was no parking , had to leave car in underground carpark and go up to reception to sort out. Not very good when you have paid for parking you would expect to find a park.

Quite good value for money. The main issue was the lounge suite that needs replacing. It bought the rest of the property down. If remedied it would be great value for money. Parking ok if you just take your time. Staff are absolutely lovely. Well done to them 😊

Lovely friendly front desk service. Our son who is in a power wheelchair managed to access the apartment no problem. The beds were very roomy & comfortable. The only downside is the understory carpark access. Very steep, tight accessway. Evidence of paint scraped off cars on the concrete wall is a warning to ensure you take great care entering and exiting the carpark.

Lovely front desk guy. Very helpful. Great room with a view the G and H ones up high are great. Look at 15G. You can't put the tumble dryer in the bathroom like that. You need to sort that out!
