Was nice, decently close to Queens Street and Fortitude Valley. Is a good stay.

The bed was not made , the linen was stained , and after hours staff could barely speak English. Could not understand when he was shown the photos after check in and we asked for clean linen , he gave us a bed protector

Good location for our purpose. Unfortunately the twin room was very small, photos made it look bigger.

Basic/standard hotel room, clean and comfortable bed but motel is kind of out of the way of everything. It’s also noisy as and loud, you can hear absolutely everything happening on the floor you are situated on, especially doors opening and shutting a lot, made me feel a bit unsafe. Can find other motels in the city for similar pricing that is better quality, thanks but probably won’t be staying here again.

Have stayed before, but found this visit disappointing, as No hot water to have a shower. When called when first discovered, receptionist replied that there was works being done. No notice this was to occur. Still no hot water over 24 hours later. We checked out early, so asked on check out for the manager to call, still waiting for this to occur over 36 hours later! So disappointed in service.
