Disappointed that no coat hangers, wine glasses or cookies were provided in the room. These are pretty standard in hotels charging much less. Also, carpark security gate not operative and aircon not adjustable! Otherwise, a convenient and comfortable stay.

The central heating was set too high and even after staff reset it for me it was way too hot , to the point where I couldn't sleep . Room service food was nice enough but I was charged $5 for gravy which arrived in a thimble sized cup and was barely enough to taste it

Easy walking distance from the light rail. The Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Room was quiet and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the Atrium. Buffet breakfast excellent! Dinner service of main meals took a little too long. In all a very enjoyable stay. Reception staff also friendly - and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
