For the amount of money I paid for my Mum to stay here it was really disappointing. Unhelpful staff, tiny room, food not good. She is elderly and was treated very rudely by nearly everyone. She takes medication and needed some milk to take it with and they wouldn’t give her any. Eventually a kind male staff member found some for her but she was so upset. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is adequate if you’re just looking for a place to crash on an overnight stop over. But it’s pretty noisy in the rooms with people coming and going at all hours in the hallways. The restaurants on site are your only dining options as there is nothing else around. They’re ok, but pretty overpriced. Vending machines in the hotel are also crazy expensive. The rooms feel a bit run down and my shower head wasn’t working properly.

Modern and nice ground floor arrival area suggesting luxury, but the bedrooms are pretty sparse and small; not even coffee facilities and no international plugs - which was very surprising for an airport hotel. Getting here from HKG is easy if you use the airport express, one stop to AsiaExpo at HKD6.00, plus a 5 minute walk undercover. As an airport hotel it's ok for a short stopover.

Old and Stinky. Cigarette smell is super strong in my room. I called front desk for the opening hours of the included breakfast, she told me to ask the restaurant myself. Dusty in the washroom. Lacking power outlet near bed. Fan is noisy even set to the slowest.
