Not a top notch place to stay but certainly good enough for a short trip to FL. Rooms need upgrading but beds were sooo soft! Facilities ok but good for the price. On site restaurant too expensive. Do yourself a favor and takw the 5 minute walk south for snacks and coffee and a quick, cheap uber to the north for a fun lunch and dinner at lauderdale by the sea

I have to admit I was a little worried about staying here with my daughter after reading some of the reviews but I’m so glad I kept my reservation! The property is older but it was nice and clean, everyone was so kind, the location is excellent. We were able to walk a short distance to Lauderdale by the Sea, grocery stores, restaurants, water taxi and most importantly you are RIGHT on the beach. We loved our stay, plenty of pool chairs. You do have to pay for lounge chairs on the beach they run around 15 each for the day.

a very mixed review, desk staff pleasant and helpful during our very late check-in. Initial impression of our room excellent, bathroom sparkling, beds clean and comfortable. construction going on next to property made for early wake up times. Only 1 bar on site closes at 9pm, bartenders less than adept. Very long waits for service. Concierge, pleasant and helpful. Never saw housekeeping for the entire stay, it's a beach hotel our room quickly had sand everywhere! Place needs some freshing up, banged up doors, rusted lock out to balcony. The pool and hot tub well maintained. Easy access to beach.

Was here last year and it was Great!! This year, the showers were cheapened by taking out the glass doors. Then putting in cheap shower rods and curtains (Cutains weren’t the right length). In Which were not installed well and without liners (flooded the bathroom until I fixed the curtain). We had to ask for our room to be cleaned from the front desk everyday instead of it just being done (When done It was done perfectly).

I must say I was a bit disappointed. There were 2 beds in the room and one of the bed skirt was filthy and disgusting. It looks like it was a spill or vomit from a previous occupant. I asked the front desk to have it changed on Sunday morning around 10am. The ladies promised they would notify housekeeping but nothing was done. I like the waitstaff though. They are friendly and quick. To pay an extra 29$ for parking is really unacceptable. I’d rather a small fee added to he room and let the customers know that it is a parking fee Plenty to do on the beach: tiki bar, pool. Jacuzzi , jet ski etc… Thanks. Thanks
