The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. It’s walking distance from the beach, pacific fair and great restaurants. The biggest down fall is not having any direct car park - as you need to use the Casino car parking which is for patrons of the casino also. Parking at the casino is $20 per day for hotel guests. The pool area is stunning - especially at night. The executive lounge had lovely views (a glimpse of the beach) and the food was decent.

The property was excellent however I felt the check in staff weren’t as helpful as they should be. He didn’t make the parking arrangement and directions clear and was difficult to understand. Other staff members were very helpful though.

The room was not what was advertised. It was solely set up for disability with poor appointments in the room and unsafe bathroom area as you had to stand in water to us electrical appliances at the basin as the whole floor was an open wet area. Very disappointing.
