I was disappointed because we arrived late and was informed the restaurant was not open for some reason. This was the main reason I booked this hotel because of the late arrival. So we had to go out in the dark in a not so nice area in Honolulu to find a restaurant late. Should have been told of this issue when making reservations. The room was very nice.

The surrounding area is full of homeless people. The room I was in was dusty. Luckily the staff was nice. I would stay in Waikiki and not anywhere near the downtown area.

The view was off the charts and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean enough but this hotel needs to do some major updating. They are stuck in the 90s with the fixtures and tub. The tub jets look kinda gross with what seems to be black mold. There needs to have some better upkeep, however it is not a deterrent for me to stay there again. Oh and supplying paper towels would be nice.

This property is comforable. The lobby was a bit hard to get to if you have many luggages. Not enough signage to tell you where to go. Convenient location. I didn't like the staff - not helpful, we booked a king room but they gave us a queen room - too bad they are fully booked and no price adjustments given.
