The property is outdated & needs renovation. Stained carpet in our room & amenities are limited. Bathroom is small w/ damaged water stains on trim. Our hand held shower head leaks & sink stopper is broken. We had power outage on our 4th night from 10pm until the next morning. No one offered us a room change until we requested at 1am. The only good is convenient location where it’s close to Gloucester Station & 20 mins walk to High Street Kensington or Knightsbridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

the Heritage Deluxe room was very spacious and a lot of windows. The bar was only open Thurs - Sat . Lobby was spacious. Main street, hear cars and sirens. Easy to get to transit and tube.

The place was alright, had easy access to nearby attractions such as the natural museum and the tube. However, the room was very old and appliances were very dirty or not up to shape. Also it had a very odd square toilet which made my bathroom experience a little bit troubling. There was also a problem with the washroom doorknobs becoming stuck while inside. Also the wind was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Overall, it was decent, not the best, but certainly not the worst. The price was good, and the staff were friendly.
