Stay was excellent apart from road noise we were on second floor but that was our choice next time we stay we will ask for a higher floor didn’t use the bar as the music was too loud for us rooms clean & comfortable excellent breakfast definitely stay again

For the price it’s a good place to stay, however the toilet in the bathroom took at least 3 attempts to flush. The elevator they were fixing made some very scary noises when in it. Hopefully they will fix it properly. The staff were amazing! And cleaned the rooms great :)

The location is convenient to theatre goers and close to the Tottenham Court tube station. There is a choice of restaurants inside the hotel but not affiliated with it. My single room was on the small side but very clean. I would consider staying here again if going to a show.

Cheap for central London with + & - to location.
Location is good but for me that's where it ends... Shabby, tired rooms (some currently undergoing refurbishment I believe) and the shower didn't run hot. Early morning party noise from the adjoining room and people knocking on doors in the early hours really didn't help my overall opinion of the hotel as a low-end budget option for people returning from late night parties! If you're a night-owl then that's fine but I wasn't on this occasion as I was there for work.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I arrived early and was told the room wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. At 2pm the room wasn’t ready but multiple large groups checked in and their rooms were all available before or at 2pm. There were other individual reservations all in the same boat, waiting an hour or more for their rooms to get ready. I had to wait around an hour until my room was finally ready. I was in town for 24 hours and arrived after an overnight flight from the West Coast in the US, so in no shape to go explore the city without a shower. The staff was nice and apologetic but gave no credit, compensation, or even water while we were all waiting. The elevators were particularly slow this stay with many people crowding the elevator bay at any given time. Plan extra time to get to the lobby at checkout because you will likely be late to checkout if waiting for elevators.
