Stayed here overnight for a quick visit to the city. The staff was so accommodating, sweet, and went out of their way to make sure my son and I were taken care of. The rooms were small, but very clean and inviting. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no sink in the bathroom; it was outside the bathroom. And because our room was so small, it was very close to where we slept, which was odd and lacked profligacy when brushing your teeth, washing your face, etc. Another thing was that our room was supposed to have a “view of the city” but it really did not. It faced another building. The “view” was on either side of the building. All in all it was a great stay. Next time I’ll be sure to mention this and make sure we have a bathroom with the sink in it and a proper view.

When we arrived the lights did not turn on. A maintenance man fixed them. Shortly after we returned from dinner, they were out again. 11:30pm last night the entire room lit up like Rockefeller center. Next day, no lights. We couldn’t shower and the staff didn’t care. No one answers the phone at the front desk.

This could have been a perfect stay. The staff was so excellent…friendly, courteous and respectful. However, on our second day we were subjected to two families sharing two rooms beside us and allowing their kids to run up and down the hall and constantly slam their doors over and over again. The walls are pretty thin to begin with so this was super loud and disturbing. That evening while showering for dinner, the top fell off the shower head. So there’s that. We did have an especially nice time at the hotel bar our 1st evening. The bartender was really nice and super friendly. Check-in and out were a breeze. The bill was perfect. No surprise charges. Exactly as quoted. Thank you!
