Charged a daily resort fee but pool and whirlpool both closed. Stayed 5 days never and the room never got cleaned after repeatedly requesting it. 2 of 3 elevators were out of order.

This place is a complete joke, and misrepresented. Im accustomed to a certain quality of living, and my home away from home will never be any different. The Cleanliness of this establishment is a huge disappointment. The room was fragranced with cigarette smoke, the walls in the lobby looked like they were pissed on 20 years ago and never cleaned, the ac unit in the room was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow up any moment. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE NOT EVEN AN HOUR, they said i was not going to be charged, and i have written proof. They are refusing to give me my money back. I would have slept in my car before i slept there. Luckily i was able to secure lodging at a nice hotel 6 mins away still beach side!! In all if you value Cleanliness dont book here!! And the staff are very unresponsive!!

Property looked nice from the outside but the rooms were not very clean. The shower base had been damaged and repaired but contained mold along the edge of the glue. Baseboards were dirty, dustballs were scattered under the bed, kitchenette was poorly stocked. The front desk staff could use some lessons in greeting guests. All the entry door seals allowed air to move in from the outside. Shoddy repairs on the interior of the room. No towel bars in the bathroom. On a positive note the view of the gulf from the room was beautiful but the hotel had nothing to do with that! Very disappointing stay in a Raddison. Needs lots of help in cleaning and refreshing the building.

The property don’t tell you that you have to park across the street behind a store they also don’t tell you that you have to put a tag in your window you find out the hard way the chair was broken and I had to bleach the room all over again

Convenient location, directly on the beach, close to Pier Park. We were there for 5 nights, supposed to have housecleaning on day 3, never had it. . Couldnt use the hot tub, very dirty. Hotel could use a make over but all in all it was okay

The only reason I booked this hotel was the price, on the ocean, and it stated that they had a heated pool amd hot tub. The price was good until they added a resort fee for the pool and beach access which was $20 a day. The pool was so cold you couldn't use it and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been used in a long time. You could feel a huge draft under the door to get in too. The kitchen was ok but nothing to clean the dishes with if you used them. Ran out of toilet paper since there was only a half roll and no spare in the bathroom. Last night there, the toilet got plugged and couldn't be used. The only good thing about this hotel was the view. Everything else was very old.

Housekeeping was nonexistent - had to ask for towels, etc EVERY DAY and pick them up myself. Had to dump my own garbage. Wind whistled through the door by the bed all night at a high pitch. The living room was comfortable as was the balcony. The shower in the bathroom was nice. Beach access and pool nice. Big laundry room. Parking was free in surrounding properties..not good if you have difficulty walking.

The employees at this property were unaccommodating. There was little to no customer service. The room upon checking in smelled of marijuana. The door wouldn't lock. It was hard to find an available parking spot. Heated pool was not heated. Hot tub was broken. No creamer for coffee. We had to check out and go to a different hotel (Hampton Inn)where we were treated much better.
