Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Upon arrival the wait to be checked in was ridiculous. The one staff member was upstairs and came o it the elevator there was no apology for the wait for anything. We rang the reception phone 6 times also.
During our stay the room had a horrible smell to it we had to keep opening the window - I did tell reception staff and nothing was done
Then when leaving I left early in the morning for work and my partner checked us out a little bit after, the male staff member said we hadn’t paid for the hotel room and was asking for payment and my partner called me and I sent through a remittance and a photo of the receipt of the payment and the male staff still continued to argue with my partner with me on the phone about how it wasn’t paid for. We explained we would never have received the keys or had these receipts if we didn’t pay and he was wasting our time as I was at work and my partner was meant to be on his way to work. After nearly 10 minutes of back and forth he turned and said yep all paid and that was it - no apology for the false accusations or for even being rude. I myself will be coming in to speak with the manager about this staff member because we enjoy staying at this hotel and this is the second time he has been rude to me or whom I’ve stayed with.
