Did not like the photos show lovely balconies but they are locked off so you can not use them

Vary abusive manager ;Myself (60yrs age)&Dad who's 85 have been travelling & staying in motels the last 2mnths & not a complaint only a few free drink card's for being polite& considerate, respect that's all.But this guy was Dr. Jekal & mr Hyde.My father is Maltese & all relo"s live abroad wich he checked in with of a night & let them no how's the day & other family matters as we were seeing my brother as he just had a heart attack. Anyway it's 8.00pm then at 9pm i see the manager at my door abusing my father threatening to kick him & myself out for noise yet i was 100mt away admiring the premises as we just arrived & my dad was only talking on phone in a wogs tone but the manager threatened both myself & my 86yr old dad.The Manager could of asked nicely to keep the tone of his voice down instead of threatening & Demanding too throw both parties out. Always we have the highest standards and respect for everyone but hear was disgusting

Dear Darren, My sincere compassions for what happened to your dad. It's absolute intolerable behavior to treat any guest like the way you described, definitely not allow at our motel. As you have said, you and your dad have been travelling, please may I ask you a favou to double check if you have left this review to the wrong property? We have three managers, two are Chinese and one is a lady. None of them live on site and normally will not be at the property at 8pm unless there is urgent guest call. And none of them will do such things to any guest. We are located on Golden Beach, Caloundra. I also checked the surveillance camera footage and couldn't find anything like the incident you describes here. It would be greatly appreciated if you could double check. I am pretty sure this didn't happen at our motel. KindestGolden Beach Motor Inn team
