Dear Darren, My sincere compassions for what happened to your dad. It's absolute intolerable behavior to treat any guest like the way you described, definitely not allow at our motel. As you have said, you and your dad have been travelling, please may I ask you a favou to double check if you have left this review to the wrong property? We have three managers, two are Chinese and one is a lady. None of them live on site and normally will not be at the property at 8pm unless there is urgent guest call. And none of them will do such things to any guest. We are located on Golden Beach, Caloundra. I also checked the surveillance camera footage and couldn't find anything like the incident you describes here. It would be greatly appreciated if you could double check.
