AVOID!!!
Avoid if possible
Arrived to have to wait to get in as it is self check in and the steps leading towards me getting the code to get in had not been sorted by the owners.
when we finally get in there is no electric, had to take the electric key myself and drive about finding somewhere to put £40 on it (this was reimbursed) get back and it still doesn't work this was very late now around 10pm finally gave up and went to bed with no hot shower, lights or anywhere to charge phones.
Next morning called the owners, they contacted the electric supplier and we were told we would have to go collect a new key ourselves which wasn't very convenient and not what you expect when you are being charged a service fee, was also told there would just be a 25% refund for the inconvenience and not a 50% refund if they had to send their staff to collect the new key which is ridiculous when as said we pay a service fee.
Was alright once all issues were resolved but very inconvenient and not what you want when working away on business for long days. These things should be checked before a customer arrives.
Would definitely not recommend and won't be staying here again.
