Fantastic service
On arrival reception explained that they had problems with their emails etc and when they received my realised they had no ground rooms available. They allowed us to use a bungalow they rent out im another village.It was fantastic, hot tub swimming pool etc. The hotel itself were brilliant and very helpful

On booking in, i was taken to a different hotel, which was down the street, Morawel, i didnt realise at the time but on checking, i realised they advertise in their own right and i certainly wouldn't have booked it given its reviews. As it turned out, i was given the attic room but the stairs was unsuitable for me, surprised there suitable for anyone actually, thin and steep, so went back to the main reception, which i was then given a room in the main building, not sure why i wasnt given this one in the first place. The room was suitable, shame about the ripped nets at the window, and the wonky table, bed not very comfortable but that can be personal choice. The bathroom was modern, and i couldnt fault the breakfast, staff was friendly. I would stay again but id want to make sure where i was actually staying first, if im booking from a particular advert then thats what im expecting, there seem to be lots of rooms off site.

Excellent breakfast & comfortable room. It was rather noisy on the Saturday night; quieter on Sunday. I was disappointed that my cups & glasses weren't washed or my coffee/tea replenished when my room was 'serviced'.

Very poor customer service. We were told to stay in another associates hotel called Queens bridge at the last minute. We made booking at east 6 weeks in advance and when I called the hotel on the day to enquire about parking we were told to go to another hotel. They did not bother to contact us and discuss with us forget about an apology for inconvenience y tu I the whole family. Very bad experience and never going to book four seasons again

Never again!
One night stay in this hotel. Looked very clean and welcoming on ground floor...dining area lounge area etc. However, once on the stairway on the approach to our room, the plsce was very different. Dirty carpets, really bad paint on walls. Our room was tiny, windows filthy, and although we had booked as a couple, only one tiny towel and one bath towel were left for us. Handle of cupboard missing, and skylight window filthy. No water glasses in the room. Breakfast was good...the only thing which was good about this stay.

It was very close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was very limited. Had to park on the street at night. Flies in the room. The pull-out single bed couch was full of stains. The staff was helpful. No phone or fridge in the room. Had a nice selection of tea and coffee in the room with adequate creamers and sugars.

Do not trust the photos provided on booking sites, these do not reflect the rooms/hotel. There was an unpleasant smell to the room and no soundproofing. The door to the room didn't shut properly. Stains on the walls and the carpet didn't appear yo be clean. Expect the possibility of a seperate private bathroom.

The carpet in the common area stairs to our room and in our room was gross. Food and other (?) stains highly visible and abundant. The mattress was old. The bathroom newly renovated and clean. Linens clean. Breakfast was good. Lovely staff at reception. Parking was on-site and easy.

Friendly , good location and comfortable however did not feel like my custom was valued , wall paper peeling off ceiling , shower head needs a good clean , dark hairs on duvet covers , was no parking available despite this being a perk of the booking. Breakfast ok however not really much choice for vegetarians and had to go up and ask for coffee rather than being served at my table

As a solo traveler on a motorcycle, i was influenced to book four seasons as they had private parking in the courtyard. When i arrived it was full with cars but the lady on reception advised me where was best to park my motorcycle overnight.
