My 2 teenage children & myself enjoyed our stay at Balam Balli villa. Spectacular views of the paddy fields to sit back and relax by the pool or have breakfast. Beds were a dream to sleep on. Rita, the lovely host ensured we were comfortable - she was very helpful, giving us good advice on planning our trips around Bali. She arranged a driver called Wayang to take us around & he was very good. Good breakfast with a mix of local & western food, however I would advise to have it at 7am when it is served hot. Location was good to get to the north or east of Bali. Getting into or out of Ubud by car took time due to heavy traffic, probably easier on a scooter.
