I love the fact that the property is directly connected to Al Wahda Mall. Very convenient. What I didn't like and why I didn't give it all 5 stars is because of the security. They were WAY too intrusive for visitors/guests.

The hotel was pristine. I didn't avail myself of the many opportunities (like the swimming pool or spa) but I appreciated that the hotel let me check in around 11:00am without charging me. I had to leave at 2:00am (15 hours later) anyway. The facilities were top notch, staff were polite and the hotel is connected to the Al Wahda mall without having to go outside.

The smell in the room was terrible bad. The pillow was full of spots and dirty . Furniture is really old . The room is overvalue. Staff ere really friendly and good .

The a wonderful stay as always. Staff is well prepared and trained for their jobs. Dinning options are adequate and the rooms are well maintained.

As a five star hotel I was very disappointed. This hotel shouldn’t be more than a 3 star. The water in the shower would randomly turn cold then back to the adjusted temperature, the tv would randomly turn off on its own while my daughter would be watching and the beds felt used and abused (decently need to be changed). The staff are nice and quick to respond but I was only staying for two nights and definitely didn’t feel like it was worth the money!
