El estacionamiento no es gratis. Sólo está disponible el estacionamiento del aeropuerto que es muy caro. 1 de 2 elevadores para acceder el hotel está fuera de funcionamiento. El elevador que si sirve está restringido a 3 personas sin equipaje pesado. Las habitaciones están grandes y limpias. La conveniencia de hospedarse en el aeropuerto es increíble. Especialmente si tu vuelo llega o sale en la madrugada

Everything was excellent. The only thing that was wrong was the breakfast brunch. The eggs were very salty and burnt. At $40 US dollars per person I would have hope a better spread also other than a few choices of fruit and breads and one or two Mexican dishes.

This hotel is inside the Mexico Benito Juarez Airport I typically stay at Marriott Courtyard but it was sold out. Hilton was pricier and rooms were smaller than I am use to. The TV did not have Netflix connection and the room had very few power outlets to charge devices.

The hotel did not have a working elevator and they failed to notify us upon check in. The walk to the terminal was really long and they also failed to let us know how to get there. The rooms are very loud you can hear the airport intercom and you can hear when the planes are arriving and taking off. We will not be staying here again.

Average at best. If this Hilton Hotel was not located inside the airport you would not stay here for the price. Bed was terrible, not even a mini fridge in the room, no room service menu in the room had to call up for it. Ordered a meal and it was bland and tasteless. Don’t know how you can ruin a basic chicken broth and vegetable soup but they did!! Room service delivered without salt or pepper. Staff were friendly at checkin which is the only positive thing I can say for this stay 😕
