Good value hotel for business trips
The staff are courteous, the rooms clean and, most importantly, the internet is pretty reliable by Ethiopian standards. Decent gym too. Depending on room, the noise from the road can be loud at times.

It was ok. Needs lots of improvement in their bathrooms..... leaking water.... etc.... courtins were teared and lots of things not working properly. The carpet had stains on it. The restaurant was awesome and the servers were very respectful and nice. No air conditioning or heating in the room.

Great price for the size of the room.
Great hotel for the price only problem is at night music from the bars and clubs play all night long, is was the biggest downfall for the location of the hotel. I was on the seventh floor on the side of Main Street and it was extremely loud all night long. We had one of the problems we called guest services for some tea cups they sent someone up to the room, she took of our old dirty cups and clean them in the bathroom and return back to us right in front of myself and my wife. a little shocking, but management but I have been traveling for a long time I was on my I'm sure that was not the first time this is happened.

Took us 45min to reach the hotel since the road in front of the hotel was under massive construction. Hotel is not located in an area where you can really walk as it is a bit off the main Bole road. Staff did not provide much help to book taxi at decent prices nor suggest any things to do nearby...way too expensive for such hotel quality and service. I would not go again

Was looking for a value for money 1 night prior to a tour, that would be comfortable & safe for a single female...and I found it! Nice comfortable room, excellent breakfast in the 10th floor dining room with city views.

Great staff, VERY CLEAN hotel !!!
Hotel staff are GREAT, they go out of there way to make you feel at home. Cleaning staff is AAA, they take their time and do a great job, anything needed in the room they respond right away. If worn out / damaged carpet in rooms are replaced and internet connection for APPLE PRODUCTS is fixed dissregarding the area if would be a five star !!!

Decent hotel , 3 star hotel , very small lobby , rooms are very big and clean 4 star rooms. Neighborhood is trashy with lots of street workers around the hotel. Very dark neighborhood. Only 1 decent bar about 7 mins walk from the hotel. Overall good stay , not bad for a couple of nights.
