The hotel is conveniently located and offers good facilities. 3 Swimming Pools, Gym etc.
However, we had 2 rooms at the hotel, both of which smelt strongly of sewage for the entirety of our 2 week stay. We spoke to 2 neighbours who complained of the same issue, and heard many more complaining to staff about the same issue and nothing was done about it.
The 'entertainment' is extremely loud and goes on late into the night, you cannot escape it. Unless you're planning on staying up until 1am every night this might be an issue for you. It was for us. You might want to take some noise cancelling headphones.
The selection at breakfast was good, however we thought this was let down by lunch. There was not much to choose from and seemed expensive. For this reason we did not bother to try dinner.
Lots of complaints about the all inclusive option with drinks taking forever to be served. This seemed intentional to slow you down.
The last point for me, which seems silly really, but I have stayed in hotels all around the world and have never ever seen a hotel attempt to charge you to refill the tea and coffee in the room. Here you will be charged 3 euros for this privilege.
All in all we got the impression the hotel only really cared about making as much money out of you as they could. The staff seemed disingenuous and did not resolve the main issue of the sewage smell after multiple complaints. Pretended not to know what people were talking about. I would not recommend
