Would have been nice for more coffee to be in the room. Bare minimum supplied, lots of tea bags tho. Expected to see a spa bath, not just a bath. Basic menu, not what I would expect for this standard of motel.

Asked to change rooms for our second night, the room we were assigned wasn’t cleaned. Back to desk and at first wasn’t believed, eventually allocated a king suite on 11th floor, but the machine to print the key wasn’t working. We went out for the day , when we came back we had access to our room. Our new room was very noisy as it backed onto the elevator well. Linen supply and room cleaning was haphazard, one day the room was not tidied, another we had to ask for towels, on one day the towel selection consisted of 2 washers, 2 bath mats, but no towels. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast that was reasonable, but the lunch and dinner menu consisted of an average pub menu.

The Staff were great and very helpful. The facilities not so great , no microwave not even a knife just a small teaspoon and 2 tiny capsules of milk . Shower was in a deep bath which is highly dangerous as the bath is very slippery causing me to slip as entering the shower and badly bruised my leg .. The Dining facilities are not the best …

Bed was comfortable and room clean. I was given a room with an interconnecting door despite booking months ahead and being a solo traveler and you could hear everything through the door especially the couple arguing. Someone was smoking on this floor and although I reported this to reception nothing was done as you could smell it in the morning as well. The hotel is noisy - you can hear everything from rooms each side and the hallway. There were no chairs on the balcony. For the price I would expect more.
