Riviera is excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful, the family room was clean and more spacious than expected. The tram that goes along North Terrace stopped almost outside the door. The view of the 'cheese grater' was great too. The only shame is the council needs to tidy up the median strip out the front, lots of neglected weeds.

The room was great except for the spa, I am sure most guests would love a spa, however as we are older with various levels of arthritis we found it very difficult to step into it to shower. The room was very clean and smelt fresh.

I found this hotel excellent. I was visiting the hospital and was such a close walk, perfect. The trams (free) also left from across the road, short trip to Rundle Mall. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have a car but saw a parking lot at the back. I would definitely stay there agin

I love the location of this hotel. Its only 2 tram stops from the train station/casino. The tram is free in the city area. There are also buses running along North Terrace. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Convenient close to shopping, walks, easy acees to tram, eating places. Bed was uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping uphill think mattress needed turning, pillows were flat. Had to pay for parking at $25 a day. No pool, no gym. No restaurant.
