Unfortunately, this stay was appalling.
My virtual key didn't work and I was locked out of my Apartment at 10.45pm, called after hours and was advised I had to wait for 25 minutes for security to arrive and give me access. Security was great, however the follow up with a staff member called Harry, was unacceptable. He came down to the property the following morning as I wanted to pop out of the apartment and wanted to ensure i could get back in. He blatantly insisted that there was nothing wrong with my digital access and that i wasn't holding it correctly. I was able to access the building entry as well as lift entry, holding my phone the same way that I attempted room entry. Both times i was given remote access (It also happened upon arrival) my digital key worked fine straight afterwards but after a few hours it stopped working and said "No locks found' Harry insisted that it would say "access denied" if it wasn't working properly, but i repeatedly expressed to him that even security attempted entry with my digital key and it didn't work for him either.
