A single storey elevated property located 4 metres above the Lower Esplanade providing fantastic views and most importantly privacy. The house is stand alone on a large block of around 1600 square metres. Fully renovated in 2019 to a exceptionally high standard.

This is a superb property in a sensational location. One of the best locations for the Tour Down Under.

A sensationally appointed kitchen fitted with Miele appliances featuring 2 convection ovens, steamer/microwave, warming drawer, induction cook-top and a large integrated fridge/freezer.

My husband, cavoodle & I just returned from 10 incredible nights at the Bay Beach House at Aldinga Beach. There are not enough stars to express how impressive this property is & how accomodating and lovely the owner is. From first communication to last Mark was by far the easiest owner to engage with. He was swift to respond & everything was clear and easy to follow. The property is very large, wonderfully designed and executed. It was IMMACULATE - there is not one single fault I can name - every single thing you can imagine you want in a holiday dwelling was there and so much much more. It seemed every single thing you could want or dream of we had access to - if you like cooking - you will be in heaven. Everything is easily accessible, instructions available, drawers are labelled and everything is plentiful. The fridge and pantry had much more than merely 'staples' and were generously offered. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful, stylish, comfortable and immaculate. The beds were the best we've ever slept in, the linen gorgeous and throughout the home cushions and pillows were a plenty - everything was designed to help you relax from the moment you stepped in - so you simply could drop your belongings and go straight into relax mode ... The view is far beyond impressive - so very private and jaw droopingly beautiful sunsets every night - we even saw a pod of dolphins go by. Hands down the best property we've ever stayed in & we cannot wait to return.

We highly recommend The Bay Beach House for a very relaxing stay. We visited in winter and were welcomed with cosy and homely hospitality. In addition to the beautiful oceanside views out to Kangaroo Island, the resident kangaroos and the fireplace, the hosts have gone above and beyond to create a beautiful and functional space. The area is less than an hour from the city and full of delightful local producers. We enjoyed the local Farmers Markets and the local restaurants, all exceptional quality. We are so happy we found this listing and would stay again anytime!

Glorious beach views at Aldinga Beach.
Fabulous well appointed luxury holiday home with great location and exquisite sunset views. This home was a wonderful venue for our pre-christmas family reunion. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking for 8 and the BBQ was very functional. Communication with our host was friendly and timely. We loved our visit here and hope to stay again.

The house is spacious and comfortable; the layout enables the house to provide privacy and flexibility with main bedroom (& bathroom) very separate to all other bedrooms and living areas. Indoor and outdoor areas also provide lots of options for all members of the family to relax, eat or do activities. The appliances and kitchen are impressive and high quality. We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s property. We could hear that sound of the waves from bed and woke up to a stunning view every morning. Relaxation Paradise
This is a wonderful property and we have been back many times. It is a great place to connect with your family and friends and escape from all the pressures of a busy life. The property is beautifully presented with wonderful appliances and now a wood fire as well. The view is spectacular and you always feel the sea is just a few footsteps away But the beauty is that you can see it and experience it every moment that you are there because it’s right across the road The house is very well designed for families and groups with a lot of space and privacy so that people can do what they need to do where they need to do it and everyone can have the break and the holiday that they need Always highly recommended and we will be back Regards Maritza
