Firstly, staff are great - friendly and customer focussed. Hotel is new and the rooms are stunning - great value for money. Thai restaurant next door (Von Thai), is an absolute must for dinner one night! Car parking in the street behind, but is well priced ($25 per night) and in a secure shed with garage door that public cannot access.

Terrible stay. Arrogant staff member Samuel on checking in. Room has a concrete ceiling, feels like a jail cell. Stains on floor which could easily be cleaned. Every tiny bit of movement on your floor reverberates through your room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from restaurants and Rundle Mall. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and pleasant stay. The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the food was excellent. Overall, it’s a great choice!

The breakfasts were brilliant but they did not do lunch or dinner on Sundays & the dining room was cold. Both my parents & myself caught colds so I did not sleep despite the bed being comfortable. The small outdoor lap pool was too cold to get into. The Reception staff were very helpful.
