This was our 2nd time staying at Ross Bridge and we absolutely loved it! We go just to hang out by the pool and relax. The poolside concessions is a game changer and the new adults only area looked amazing!

Everyone from the valet to desk clerk to cleaning crew were excellent! Bc we could be flexible in our travel dates, we got a great rate. The grounds and surrounding community were lovely! Anxious to return when I can stay longer and check out their spa services.

Amazing Stay
My stay at the hotel was excellent from the valet service Dominque when we first arrived then when entered the facility to the Front desk Carlos and the rest of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful my room was amazing very comfortable and clean then the next day breakfast at Brock’s was great every staff member was very friendly the food was great then upon checking out a Bellman name Mod was great and the Valet guy Quan was very quick with getting my car and very polite this staff and facility deserve perfect ratings
