Good location for getting to restaurants and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff - left a great impression. Comfortable room. Didn’t try the pool but it looked nice and clean.

Clean rooms, nice friendly staff. Hotel is just off the highway and has some stores on the other side. Moncton downtown is about a 12 minute drive. Only one driveway entrance to the hotel and there was a semi trailer parked blocking part of the driveway. That was my only complaint and not even a big deal.

I have stayed in Hampton hotels before and have always had a good experience. We read great reviews prior to booking. However, I was disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel and the room was very clean. However, I found the staff upon arrival to be very unfriendly. We booked this hotel because of the pool, however the pool was closed to renovations and we didn’t find out until we arrived at the hotel. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back based on this experience.

They website stated room services, there was not even a restaurant or bar. The website stated complimentary bottles of water that was not true $2 a bottle. Web site stated laundry , there was no laundry facilities. Pool was closed , was not aware of this until check in.
