In the hamlet Aeschiried, 2.3 km from the centre of Aeschi, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking, single garage. Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course 17 km, sailing school 7 km, tennis 2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 27 km. Nearby attractions: Niesen, Niederhorn, Beatushöhlen, Schlösser um den Thunersee.
