Relax and enjoy a newly renovated condo located on the Shangri-La Golf Course on Monkey Island with gorgeous views of Grand Lake and the golf course. Within walking distance of Shangri-La Resort, Golf Course, Restaurants, Marina, and the new Shangri-La Activity Center. This 8th-floor unit features an open-concept kitchen/dining/family room, 2 private bedrooms, and 2 private ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 1 king bed, 1 daybed, and a twin trundle. Both bathrooms feature bidets. The balcony overlooks the golf course and the lake.

No pets. Security Deposit required prior to arrival. A signed lease is required. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee. We are not affiliated with Shangri-La Resort. The property does NOT come with resort access.

This unit is well-managed and well-kept. We enjoyed the stay and had very little in the way of issues with the property. This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Monkey Island or the Shangr-La resort.

Great for the weekend
The condo was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. There are plenty of things for children to do while staying here across the street at the Anchor. Arcade, pickleball, basketball, wiffleball, etc. Of course, there is the lake, as well, with rentals within walking distance.

Great spot with lots to do!
We rented two units in the building to meet up with family visiting from out of town. This unit is very spacious and was very comfortable. The location is great, both nights we made the short walk down the driveway to The Anchor complex and had dinner one night at the outdoor restaurant next to the lake. We also enjoyed the patio to watch the sunsets!
