Air-conditioned pavilion, renovated, equipped for your comfort, it has a large garden, an outdoor dining area and a garden furniture, all on a surface of 35 m2, everything is gathered to enjoy the beautiful days after the beach.
Inside you will find:
- A pretty living room opened by a large bay window, its Rapido sofa bed ( thickness of the mattress 18 cm for more comfort) for a sleeping 2 pers. , its TV stand and a flat screen TV.
- A real well-equipped and new kitchen, with a large refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, ceramic hobs and hood, a combined microwave oven, kitchenware ... It includes many storage cabinets to accommodate your shopping.
- A bedroom with a closet, and its bed 2pers. (140 cm ).
- A very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
