With family or friends, she will satisfy you down to the last detail! Designed for 8 people with private pool, enclosed garden with trees (500m) for the enjoyment of your children.
The villa consists of a large living room with an American kitchen fully equipped for moments of sharing with ease, a beautiful pool terrace for moments of relaxation, two separate sleeping areas with a master bedroom (bathroom bath - wc and queen-size bed, dressing room). Upstairs a bathroom, separate WC, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 bunk beds ideal for children overlooking a terrace.
Emphasis was placed on the exclusive nature of the luxury services: air conditioning, heating, internet, washing machine, freezer, garage. In addition, household linen is provided in the rental.
Located near shops and supermarkets. Ideally located to adopt a rhythm of walking or cycling, discover the beach restaurants, the port and the local markets.

Fantastic villa
We absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Very private. Lovely pool and pool area - poolside toilet was a bonus to prevent traipsing through the house, and outside shower too. There was an unexpected barbecue and table tennis table too. Only one small thing to note - take towels. Towels in the bathroom were provided but only 1 per person and they were on the small side (and scratchy too). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa
Thank you Thierry. You have a lovely villa situated in a great position. This villa has everything that you could need for a fabulous holiday. It’s close to the beach, and has a lovely pool for a swim before breakfast. Super restaurant’s near by and an amazing hypermarket in 5 minutes drive. There are a lot of beautiful places to visit, even getting a train to Montpellier ( 2 euros pp return! ). We would totally recommend this villa

Schönes angenehmes Ferienhaus
wir haben zu zweit angenehme 2 Wochen in diesem schönen, modernen Ferienhaus verbracht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es, die verbessert werden können, wie z.B. der Austausch der Töpfe, Kissen für die Metallstühle, Moskitogitter an den Fenstern u.a.. Außerdem hatten wir bei starkem Regen teilweise Stromausfall. Wir denken, Thierry bringt das alles wieder in Ordnung und bedanken uns für die Beherbergung.

sehr schönes Haus
Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen:Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand,…Sehr schönes Haus stilvoll eingerichtet, ruhige Lage. Besitzer war present bei Schlüsselübergabe und hat sonst auch auf alle Fragen schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame und schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen - ruhig, aber dennoch mit einer guten Nähe zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - jeweils ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg mit Kindern und Bollerwagen. Die Animation des, in der Nähe gelegenen, Hotels oder die abendlichen Strandpartys nimmt man nur im Hintergrund wahr und haben uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Der Pool ist super sauber und, durch eine optionale Netzumrandung, auch sehr sicher für kleinere Kinder. Das Haus an sich ist auch sehr sauber und man kann sich darin sehr wohl fühlen. Allerdings sollte langsam über ein Austausch der Töpfe und Pfannen nachgedacht werden - diesen merkt man die regelmäßige Benutzung an. Auch der Grill ist in die Jahre gekommen und hält vermutlich nicht mehr vielen Urlaubern Stand (wurde von uns provisorisch repariert). Das ist allerdings eher als Hinweis an Thierry und nicht als Kritik zu verstehen. Thierry ist ein super angenehmer Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, hält sich im Hintergrund, ist bei Fragen oder Anliegen aber sofort zur Stelle. Alles in Allem hatten wir im Vorfeld, durch die bereits erfolgten Rezensionen, eine sehr hohe Erwartung an diesen Urlaub und diese wurden am Ende nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt mehr als nur vorstellen. Vielen Dank Thierry!

Mooie villa dicht bij zee
Een moderne ruime villa dicht bij zee van alle gemakken voorzien, waar we een fijne vakantie hebben gehad. Ondanks de eerste dagen wat minder weer is er genoeg in de omgeving te zien en te doen. Eigenaar is heel aardig en zeer snel met reageren Doet zelf de ontvangst. Spreekt beetje Engels. Per saldo een goede keuze voor een mooie cultuur en fijne strandvakantie.

Top. Modernes, geschmackvolles, helles, ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit beleuchtetem Pool. Es fehlte an nichts. Gute Küche und Küchenausstattung, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeeautomat,Glasschiebetüren, Terasse in erster Etage, Garage, Grillplatz, Pool-Terasse, Garten - in kultiviert Lage und Strandnähe. Schöne Gegend. Une très belle et grande villa. Tres bien équipée. Calme et agréable endroit. Le jardin est plus grand que sur les photos. La piscine est parfait pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible pour vous quad vous avez besoin. On reviendra sûrement l’année prochaine.

Einfach perfekt!
Sobald man in das Haus kommt, fühlt man sich wohl! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat uns insgesamt nichts gefehlt. Pool und Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Ich würde dieses Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Très belle maison
La maison est très spacieuse et pratiquement meublée. Il correspond à la description en tous points. Elle est très propre. La piscine est assez grande pour nager. Le jardin est joliment aménagé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond très rapidement aux demandes de renseignements. Nous pouvons recommander à tout le monde de louer la maison.

Parfait !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Thierry. La maison est conforme en tous points aux photos et à l’annonce sur le site. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable. Elle est située à 20 min à pieds du mail de Rochelongue et des commerces et à 8 min en voiture des supermarchés. La plage est accessible à pieds. Le quartier est très calme. L’espace piscine est superbe. Une barrière de protection avait été installée pour empêcher l’accès à nos jeunes enfants. Nous remercions Thierry pour sa gentillesse.
