This is not a 5 star hotel. They are understaffed. You need to make your own table as they donā€™t have enough staff to service the guests. Queues for tables at meal time as not enough capacity. A la carte restaurants have minimal options, for example the italien for evening meal for children, spaghetti or spaghetti!!!! The facilities are dated. We were so excited to go to this hotel but we will not return.

The views are phenomenal, however the service was very lacking. The food was NOT good. We had to go into town rather than stay and eat for free just because of how bad it was. The room was nice but not stocked whatsoever as an ā€œall inclusiveā€ should be. We found ourselves hungry and thirsty on multiple occasions with nothing to drink or eat. If you book, book for views only.

Attitude of the whole staff,the quality of the food ,check in/ out process all were dissappointing.This hotel ,even with Raddisson name can not even recieve 3 stars with the existing management.
