Downstairs also offers 2 bedrooms, each with a bunkbed (double below + single above) + standalone single bed to sleep a total of 8 downstairs. Downstairs also has a full sized bathroom with bathtub, as well as laundry with washer and dryer, and access to a rear undercover seating area great for pets.

Upstairs, you are greeted with lofty views out to the ocean from all standpoints. The open plan design offers abundant space, and opens fully to the front viewing deck. With ample seating and a huge chef’s kitchen, as well as a rear veranda with BBQ, the home meets all the needs of dual families looking to dine and relax together. The master bedroom enjoys sea views, a huge WIR and ensuite with dual shower heads. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen + single bed.
