Staff is very helpful - front desk , around the hotel and dinning . Dinner and breakfast was good with multiple fresh choices. It’s a pet friendly property and my children were in love with the two labs at the hotel. My son was ill overnight the staff was very helpful in extending our checkout hours and were concerned about his wellbeing. Felt very safe as I was travelling on my own with my boys and aged mum. Swimming pool facilities was ok and the lobby is very relaxing with live classics music in evening and mornign hours. Excellent view from the roof top of Taj. It’s 5 mins away from the attractions. Welcome mithai platter was excellent. Only issue is that the aircon made me feel was dusty. I’m very sensitive to dust so can sense it easily. Staff helped vacuum etc but it’s not the room floor as it was sparkling clean. It was the aircon.

The property was very convenient located in front of the main road in Agra, but this perhaps could be a bad thing if you happens to choose a room not facing to the pool (as we did), Indian loving for the horn will stay up until late night. The pool was very good, and the view from the roof terrace to the Taj Mahal was great.

The hotel seems not expecting us. The room attendant advised us he is in training. When we walked into our room, the bathroom didn’t have any of toothpaste toothbrushes face towels. We requested to be in higher floors and we were told the higher floors are being renovated. However, we had an amazing dinner. The chef and the restaurant staff are exceptionally professional. The food was delicious cooked to perfection.

Exceptional Hospitality
Let me start with saying that we were exceptionally pleased with the Staff of the property and their food and beverage Department. We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property.
