Felt a bit like an upmarket prison. Lots of security, reception F&B staff entirely unsmiling and not very helpful. Porters & drivers were much more pleasant.

A different 5 star experience than we are used too. Staff especially reception are a bit immature and slow. Bed in Grand Heritage room was rock hard. Do not choose this room if you are after a nice soft bed.Internet expensive no free wi fi, and laundry and restaurants over priced but both well done. All in all a decent experience but would not stay there again.

The most beautiful hotel to enjoy your visit to Dehli. The staff are simply amazing in their endless efforts to make the hotel your home while you are a guest. Facilities are luxury. Good is delicious and variety is endless. Bakery was delicious especially for breakfast.

"There were many good things about this hotel. Service was exceptional. They had many large tours staying which put a crowd on the breakfast buffet and made it very noisy. Food ok. Nicecoffee machine but long line to get coffee and always running out of mugs to use when you got to the head of the ..."
