Uma das piscinas do hotel foi utilizada por um grupo de bombeiros militares para uma celebraĆ§Ć£o, os quais tiveram comportamento muito ruim, ingerindo bebida alcoĆ³lica dentro da Ć”gua e utilizando palavras de baixo calĆ£o em tom bastante alto, sem nenhuma reprimenda por parte do hotel, causando constrangimento nos hĆ³spedes. Qquer hĆ³spede q tivesse esse comportamento deveria ser recriminado.

As pessoas que atendem (recepĆ§Ć£o, camareiras, garƧons, serviƧos externos) sĆ£o muito profissionais e atenciosos. O restaurante Ć© aconchegante e as refeiƧƵes sĆ£o Ć³timas. Destaque para o cafĆ© da tarde no quiosque do engenho! Acreditamos que seja reflexo das dificuldades da pandemia pois os equipamentos da academia ao ar livre e as bicicletas estĆ£o em estado precĆ”rio. Confiamos que logo serĆ£o substituĆ­dos. TambĆ©m as canchas de vĆ“lei, basquete, e futebol precisam reforma. TambĆ©m pensamos que poderia ter uns pedalinhos no lago. As piscinas cobertas poderiam ser ampliadas e/ou renovadas.

Este hotel estĆ” localizado em uma Ć”rea lindĆ­ssima Ć”rea de mata AtlĆ¢ntica cercado por belĆ­ssimas colinas verdejantes. Gostamos muito da comida, das Ć”reas de descanso e lazer e os quartos estĆ£o bonitos. As piscinas tem Ć”gua limpa q Ć© trocada diariamente e e bem quentinha. Este hotel sĆ³ peca na parte da manutenĆ§Ć£o, academia e bicicletas estĆ£o sucateadas, tem algumas paredes e forro estragados e manchas nos banheiros. Mas no resto Ć© Ć³timo

super recomendo este hotel termal. Infelizmente. no meio de tanta natureza abundante, na tinha BIKES razoaveis para andar( so ferro velho sem freio e pneu murcho), faltou uma boa cademia no local. A comida e o atendimento foram excelente.

Muito a desejar e muito a melhorar
A estrutura externa Ć© Ć³tima, com ambiente natural excelente. Mas, no buffet quase nĆ£o hĆ” opĆ§Ć£o de comidas (carboidratos) saudĆ”veis tais como: batata doce, aipim, inhame e carĆ”, todos baratos e acessĆ­veis. As saladas sĆ£o reduzidas e nĆ£o hĆ” reabastecimento rĆ”pido. A estrutura interna deixa a desejar, pois Ć© velha e mal conservada. As camareiras conversam nos corredores antes das oito da manhĆ£ e com seus equipamentos de trabalho (carrinhos onde carregam o material) parece que estĆ£o apostando corrida nos corredores, sem o menor preparo (treinamento) ou cuidado com o sono dos hĆ³spedes que querem dormir atĆ© mais tarde. O hotel estava com baixa lotaĆ§Ć£o e mesmo assim nĆ£o houve a menor preocupaĆ§Ć£o de alocar os hĆ³spedes em apartamentos um pouco distantes uns dos outros e tivemos que ficar em frente a um apartamento com famĆ­lia com crianƧa pequena que chorava Ć  noite, situaĆ§Ć£o que facilmente poderia ter sido evitada preventivamente, jĆ” que espaƧo nĆ£o faltava, isso demonstra falta de preparo e descaso com os clientes. Nem vou falar de algum equipamento pra fazer exercĆ­cios para nĆ£o parecer muito negativo. Enfim, o valor da diĆ”ria Ć© incompatĆ­vel com os serviƧos prestados, pena.
