Beautiful holidays
We were a family of 5 people, from 11 to 72 years old. We had a lovely time in this property at Aigne. Everything was as described in the advert. Great location to explore the area. Kitchen fully equipped, but there is a good restaurant at a 10 minute walk if you don't feel like cooking, just at the center of Aigne. Great pool and area around the house. I am truly pleased with the property and the reception and attention of owners. I would come back and definitely recommend!

A fabulous base and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone planning to holiday and explore this area of France. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Monsieur and Madam Siguier and their son Stephane. What a lovely family! They couldn't do enough to ensure that we had everything required to enjoy our stay at their fabulous home. They kindly provided us with some essentials upon arrival including wine and some of their home made apple juice and their own produced Olive oil. The home is well equipped and lacks for nothing, having all that one has in their own home. All the equipment is to an excellent standard and It is beautifully clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and every window is protected with built in mosquito nets, so windows can be opened and fresh air enjoyed without the fear of being bitten by those pesky creatures. The house has extensive grounds and is set up on a hill and there are two wonderful outside seating areas. One to the back of the property at the bottom of the olive groves and one at the front overlooking the surrounding hills, both are surrounded by a beautiful brick wall with raised planting areas. Peaceful, picturesque and very relaxing. Their is a local restaurant within walking distance and others just a short drive away in neighbouring villages. The pool was very welcome after a day's exploration of the nearby medieval Carcassonne and more surrounding towns and villages along the coast, all within an hours drive time. We were made to feel very welcome and knew the family was on hand should they be needed, but were also left to enjoy our stay in privacy. A little piece of heaven! Sent from my iPad

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires, qui se sont montrés très réactifs et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. La maison était impeccablement propre et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Un moment de détente dans un cadre magnifique
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette belle maison située sur un terrain magnifiquement aménagé et spacieux. Le jardin autour de la grande piscine et du terrain de pétanque ainsi que les hamacs à l'ombre des oliviers nous ont permis de passer un moment de détente sous le soleil du sud. La vue sur la nature environnante depuis la terrasse est magnifique, la cuisine et les chambres sont généreusement équipées et aménagées avec goût. Les commerces se trouvent dans un rayon de 5 à 15 minutes en voiture. Un bon et agréable restaurant se trouve à 5 minutes à pied à Aigne. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et attentifs. Un petit paradis dans la belle nature du Minervois.

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons passé un séjour en tous points exceptionnel dans cette superbe maison qui offre tout ce dont les vacanciers rêvent avec une décoration très soignée, la mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire jusqu'aux serviettes de bain et de toilette, la literie de qualité, la climatisation, un extérieur remarquable avec piscine et ses grands parasols, les hamacs sous les oliviers, le barbecue et le terrain de pétanque. Avec l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui se préoccupent particulièrement du , du bien-être des résidents dans les moindres détails, le séjour est particulièrement agréable et incite à revenir régulièrement, Je recommande bien vivement !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille chez Mr et Me SIGUIER. Nous avons été accueilli avec bienveillance et gentillesse (encore merci pour les cadeaux à l’arrivée). La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipée. Tout est pensé pour nous permettre de profiter de nos vacances: piscine très agréable avec transats et parasols, terrain de pétanque, terrasses et coin repas plancha bien aménagés et enfin un très beau jardin qui contribue à rendre l’ensemble propice à la détente et au repos. Endroit très calme, village avec bon restaurant à 5mn à pied. Hôtes disponibles si besoin. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Superbe Maison
Schönes Bijou in einer ruhigen und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreichen Region. Selten haben wir so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennen lernen dürfen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist gepflegt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Fliegengitter hat es in jedem Zimmer- top! Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer und der Veranda. In den Zimmern hat es Ventilatoren. Ein Auto respektive Fahrräder sind in dieser Region fast Pflicht. Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt hat es 5 Min mit Auto entfernt in Aigues-Vives. Wir, genauso wir der Hund haben das grosse Areal mit Olivenhain sehr genossen. Der Salzpool war eine sehr willkommene Abwechslung. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Vermieter für die persönliche Begrüssung und die Aufmerksamkeiten. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Beau bijou situé dans une région calme mais également très diversifiée. Super charmante propriétaires si aimables, avenants et serviables. La maison est aménagée au top, il ne manques rien. Tout est très bien entretenu et fonctionne à merveille. Clim dans la salle à vivre et dans la véranda. La piscine avec eau salée était la bienvenue. Voiture et/ou vélos est conseillé. Super grand surface- parfait pour nous ainsi que notre chien. Un grand Merci aux propriétaires pour l’accueil chaleureux en personne et pour toutes les attentions. Nous pouvons conseiller sans réserve!

Un environnement exceptionnel. La région est magnifique ! Et la maison est parfaite ! Elle est tellement bien équipée que vous pouvez venir les mains dans les poches. Tout est là jusqu’au moindre détail. On s’attendrait même à trouver la penderie pleine :-) tout est soigné, le terrain est immense, des oliviers des figuiers, du romarin …. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs. Bref nous avons passé un super séjour ! Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de deux semaines. L'accueil était chaleureux et nous n’avons manqué de rien. C’est une très belle propriété, les images ne lui font pas complètement justice. Nous la recommanderions sans hésiter et nous reviendrons! Vielen herzlichen Dank an die beiden Gastgeber. Sie haben uns nach anstrengender, langer Anreise sehr warmherzig und freundlich empfangen und uns ihr wundervolles Haus und großartiges Grundstück gezeigt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar entspannen aufgrund der ruhigen Lage des Grundstücks am Ortsausgang eines kleinen Dorfes inmitten der Natur. Wir haben auch einige Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen, aber manche Tage auch einfach auf dem Grundstück und v.a. am Pool verbracht. Unsere drei Jungs haben ihn geliebt und konnten sich hier richtig auspowern. Im Haus fehlt es an wirklich nichts. Man kann hier traumhafte Ferien verbringen.

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum 2. Mal in Aignes und sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal. Vom Empfang mit Wein, frisch gepresstem Apfelsaft und eigenem Olivenöl über das voll ausgestattete Haus mit nunmehr 2 Bädern bis zum tollen Grundstück mit Swimmingpool und Hängematten im hauseigenen Olivenhain Erholung pur!

Une location de qualité supérieure
A quelques pas du joli village de Aigne (avec sa "circulade de l'an 1000", une structure circulaire typique cachée au milieu du village), la très belle propriété de Monsieur et Madame Siguier propose tout le confort possible pour un magnifique séjour : logement agréable, propre et bien agencé avec une véranda disposant d'une superbe vue (sur le paysage mais aussi sur le champ d'oliviers de la propriété) et bien sûr la piscine de belles dimensions qui est l'atout principal de la location. A noter que la location est encore plus belle qu'en photo et que les équipements mis à disposition sont très complets (plancha à l'extérieur, mais de manière générale tout est prévu dans le panel de ce qui peut être mis à disposition dans une location). De plus le couple Siguier est très sympathique, disponible, au petit soin pour ses vacanciers et soigne tout jusque dans le moindre détail : des produits du terroir sont offerts à l'arrivée, et absolument tout est fournis pour un séjour "clé en main" (par exemple les serviettes pour la piscine). Un séjour irréprochable et extrêmement agréable, que ce soit pour les prestations proposées mais aussi pour l'hospitalité des propriétaires.

Séjour agréable en famille en période particulière
Séjour agréable dans une villa conforme à la description et malgré une météo perturbée. Première semaine un peu fraîche, deuxième semaine, un peu trop chaude. Si quelques zones d'ombre supplémentaires étaient aménagées (près de la piscine er près de la cuisine), ce lieu serait encore mieux. Une piscine chauffée serait aussi la cerise sur le gâteau (par exemple, avec des panneaux photovoltaïques pour alimenter la pompe à chaleur de la piscine pour les périodes plus fraîches). Ces panneaux feraient aussi de l'ombre pour la véranda qui serait plus vivable quand le soleil donne. Monsieur Siguier est tout à fait à l'écoute et est très réactif tout en restant le plus discret possible. Bref très bon séjour en période de Covid et de pluie ravageuse dans notre pays.

Que dire? Séjour ensoleillé dans une maison magnifique, tout y est. Vous N’avez qu’à prendre le maillot de bain et vous laisser vivre, siester a l’ombre des oliviers , profiter de la piscine, observer de magnifiques lever de soleil, sans oublier de Visiter et de goûter les vins du Minervois, et plus encore .. Mr & Mme Siguier sont charmants, accueillants, Et ont à cœur de faire partager les trésors de la région. De délicates attentions vous accueilleront. Ne changez rien, tout est Parfait!

Fantastisch. Perfekt. Außergewöhnlich.
Unser Urlaub in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus war absolut perfekt. Die Vermieter, Familie Siguier, haben uns liebevoll mit eigenem Olivenöl, Wein, eigenem Apfelsaft und allen Annehmlichkeiten verwöhnt, die man sich in einer Ferienvilla nur wünschen kann. Kaffee (Senseo und Filter), Waschmittel, Gewürze, Tee, Putzmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche... es war absolut alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft wunderbar sauber, liebevoll dekoriert und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Badetücher lagen am Pool schon bereit. Die Hängematten waren schon im privaten Olivenhain aufgegangen und die Klimaanlage hatte das Haus wunderbar gekühlt. Man muss hier nur mit der Badehose anreisen und kann einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Die Fotos geben nur einen kleinen Teil vom riesigen Grundstück wieder. Der eigene Boule-Platz wurde auch von uns genutzt. Im Dorf Aigne gibt es eine tolles Restaurant (Mittag und Abend), in Aigues-Vives gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Laden. Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Une adresse à garder pour de futures bonnes vacances !
Excellents contacts avec les propriétaires, qui font tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Maison très propre, accueillante, confortable à souhait, aménagements modernes, plus que complets, rien ne manque ! Piscine agréable, les grandes serviettes vous attendent pliées sur les chaises longues, avec aussi un coin ombragé avec parasol et petites tables... Le terrain est très grand, planté d'oliviers, et il y a une plancha (à gaz) près de la maison, avec table et grand parasol pour des diners gourmands. N'hésitez pas à partir découvrir la ville de Minerve en traversant les vignes et la garrigue, randonnée facile (mais de 15kms). Profitez en pour ramasser quelques figues, amandes... Si vous le pouvez, venez avec vos vélos ou louez-en, les chemins dans les vignes sont très sympas, et vous pourrez oublier votre voiture ponctuellement : boulangerie et petite épicerie à 1,5 km.

C’est la 2ème année que nous allons dans cette maison et que dire juste que tout est parfait. Tout d’abord l’accueil de Mr et Mme Siguier qui est fort sympathique avec de nombreuses attention pour tout le monde. La maison est spacieuse confortable avec tout le confort nécessaire, la clim, les télévisions, les draps serviettes et serviettes de piscine. Tout est impeccable il ne manque rien. Bref nous avons grandement apprécié nos 2 séjours. Merci encore à Mr et Mme Siguier
