They need to do better.
Second time we stay there in 2 years checking in 2 minutes later people are fighting in the lobby like last time no manager in the evening for check-in plus the bathrooms are poorly cleaned I guess for being Morocco it's as good as it gets for the price. Shame Moroccan hospitality is the best in the world but apparently not at the Radisson.

We got at the radison at 2pm which is the early checking time there was only one girl at the reception and so many families waiting, we got the keys at 3.30 When we got to room AC was not working the next day I went to the reception to ask for another room or quick repair they said donā€™t y worry we will send u a techniacian right away the techinician showed up at 2 am I was in deep sleep, he finally could not fix I buffet was horrible not enough staff no one to seat u no one to bass the tables I had to spend 45 to find a table and find someone to clean it The pizza was scarce my Daugherty had to wait 30 to 45 min to get a slice of pizza the food in general was tasteless The staff was not friendly one train driver was so rude He didnā€™t want to give me a lift but he took other family while I was waiting super rude Very poor customer service overall

Ć  force de rĆ©duire les couts le management rĆ©duit la qualitĆ© du Service: -Accueil:manque de personnel,donc dĆ©lai d'attente trĆØs trĆØs trĆØs long -AprĆØs file d'attente pour l'enregistrement:La suite rĆ©servĆ©e n'est pas prĆŖte (pas encore nettoyĆ©e) il a fallu 4h d'attente en plus!!!donc probablement pas assez de personnel pour nettoyer toutes les suites ce jour. -Repas : pas de variation dans les fruits. Toujours beaucoup d'attente avec parfois rupture de stock du poisson proposĆ©, avec une seule personne pour le prĆ©parer : donc des Ć©conomies sur le poisson et encore des Ć©conomies sur le personnel... -Tous les cafĆ©s/bars proposent uniquement des jus en pack(de mauvaise qualitĆ© en plus) aucun jus frais (on est au Maroc pays des fruits). Plusieurs produits manquent pour prĆ©parer des commandes = Mojitos sans menthe, Cocktails sur le menu, le barman le prĆ©pare sans tous les ingrĆ©dients ou change la recette) Manque de personnel pour prĆ©parer les commandes (rĆ©duction des couts) donc dĆ©lais++ -Les bancs pour manger au resto,les chaises, petites tables Ć  cotĆ© des translates ne sont jamais nettoyĆ©s donc sont tous extrĆŖmement sales!! Tout est trĆØs cher. Jā€™avais la formule petit dĆ©jeuner. Un verre de pepsi imbuvable au bar mā€™a Ć©tĆ© facturĆ© 4ā‚¬.. Les boissons du bar penthouse sont trĆØs chĆØres Ć©galement en moyenne 14ā‚¬.. les chichas sont facturĆ©es entre 35 et 45ā‚¬.. cā€™est peut ĆŖtre les raisons pour lesquelles ce bar est vide tous les soirs. La piscine du spa (gratuite en 2023) est dĆ©sormais payante et vide (18ā‚¬). Il faut attendre Ć©normĆ©ment de temps pour se faire servir au bar splash. Les employĆ©s ne parlent pas tous franƧais ni anglais, communication compliquĆ©e. La qualitĆ© de la nourriture est faible. La navette pour se dĆ©placer a Ć©tĆ© supprimĆ©e. Les chambres les plus Ć©loignĆ©es sont difficiles Ć  rejoindre. QualitĆ© des animations trĆØs faibles. TrĆØs peu de choses proposĆ©es aux adultes, Ć  part les animations musicales du soir, en journĆ©e il nā€™y a quasiment rien. Musique Ć  fond toute la journĆ©e Ć  la piscine on se croirait en boĆ®te de nuit. On ne peut mĆŖme pas communiquer tellement cā€™est fort. QualitĆ© du son mĆ©diocre dā€™ailleurs.
