Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking at Domaine Rampale from May 24th to May 27th, 2024, and to request a refund or compensation for the numerous issues encountered during our stay. Additionally, I would like to address an issue regarding the redemption of my credit for a previous booking. Issues with Domaine Rampale Stay Lack of Communication: Despite booking weeks in advance, I never received any check-in instructions or reminders through the app or email. I attempted to contact the number listed on the website multiple times to arrange an early check-in at 10 am but received no response for days. No Front Desk or Reception: Assuming there would be a front desk, as advertised, we arrived at the property hoping to drop our bags and connect to the internet for an important work call. The intercom button was dead, and repeated calls went unanswered. With no 5G data, we had to drive to find reception, causing significant inconvenience as my partner had to conduct video conferences from our hire car in the countryside. Delayed Access: Finally, after several attempts, we reached someone who mentioned that a private email with the gate code was sent, which I never received. The representative blamed Expedia for the lost email, but I never used Expedia for this booking. We eventually received the code at 3 pm, far too late for our needs, and struggled to find our accommodation

Don't let the dirt road at the end put you off , this peaceful and very modern B&B / chambre d'hƓtes is the perfect get away . Everything is clean and professional and of excellent quality , including the breakfast . Definitely recommend .

Getting there was a wonderful adventure, you get a chance to escape the city and explore the mountains. The place is secured by a gate to the enter the property for which you'll need a code to get in. From the moment you enter the code you start feeling "exclusive" and the modern facility surrounded by well taken care of gardens and patios makes you feel safe, relaxed and prepares you for a pleasent surprise when you enter the facility. The rooms are super modern, very VIP, top of the line everything. We loved it. Breakfast was very nice, complete selection of breads, spreads, cheese, fruit and more and David made sure we where satisfied.

Modern, Tranquil and Stylish Villa
What a find this was! If you're looking for rest, relaxation and luxury in the French countryside, then you can't go wrong with this place. It was just what we were looking for, after a busy few days in Cannes. The Villa was modern, clean and very comfortable. Perfect base to explore Provence. The hosts were wonderful. Cannot fault our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting.
This is a stunning modern guest house in the hills between Marseille and Cassis. There are 5 rooms within the complex which are large with a modern bathroom, separate toilet and outside deck. Everything has been thought of for comfort and to relax. The linen is high quality with L'Occitane toiletries provided. Breakfast was also wonderful. Alexandra made freshly squeezed juice, cooked eggs as desired and there was a range of fresh breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, jams, honey and pancakes. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and different teas to have throughout the day. There is a lovely outside area to sit on lounges and a stunning heated pool. David was very helpful booking a couple of fantastic local restaurants for our 2 nights. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

Awesome place to rest, relax and unwind
This hotel is in a secluded area with plenty of forest and gravelled roads. The hotel was easy to find but a key code is required to go through the gate so make sure you have their contact number ready. David, the host speaks English and is very accommodating. The room is tastefully done without too much clutter. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely come back again

Villa Rampale is a great place for relaxation. Breakfast area, swimming pool, and resting area are really beautiful. Staffs are nice as well. Amenities, towels are all nice brands.
