Used to and was expecting the traditional Embassy Suites layout. This was a lot smaller (rooms and building). Breakfast great as usual. Unfortunately my room wasn't properly cleaned and I could see 100's of barefoot prints all over the tile floor and in the bathroom! Disgusting to say the least. Told staff, and they cleaned it right away, but I was still skived out the rest of the stay.

Quiet, clean, accommodating hotel with perks
The hotel was surprisingly comfortable and accommodating -- great evening reception with snacks and a huge spread each morning for breakfast. The staff was really friendly and helpful without feeling overdone or hoity toity -- just real and fun to talk with.

This hotel is beautiful! They have happy hour in the evenings and offer free drinks and snacks, which we all loved. The breakfast was very good as well. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. I'd absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The room and the hotel was amazing stayed for 3 nights while on a trip with my mom after visiting the Rock hall of fame and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. If I find myself in the area again I will definitely stay here again

We loved this property! My husband and I stayed with our 3.5 year old and we all loved it. The breakfast is really nice, made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Great options! They also have a manager's reception from 5:30-7:30 every night and they provide veggies with dip, snack mix, chips and salsa, and cheesd and crackers. Very nice! You can also get wine and beer. The room was clean and when we requested extra towels, they brought us some immediately. Service was impeccable, Vera was amazing in the kitchen and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
