Only two thigs i had a problem with, one the AC/HEATER had a strong buzz two the TV controller did not work as most (1,2,3-- would work--3,2,1 would not) would not happen everything else was great

I've stayed previously at this hotel and always had a great experience. But this time the room that they put us in smelled like stinky feet, the rug at the edges had a layer of dust. The bed was so hard gave us back aches, the pillows weren't there normal comfortable pillows they where standard to soft.

I stayed here last year and it was great so I booked it again for this year. Unfortunately pillows were garbage and I still have a kink in my neck and the AC was not working. I mentioned it to the front desk and nothing happened about it so night two was also hot. We weren’t happy.
