Had to switch rooms twice because of cleanliness issues. Third still had an issue but was treated like a pest after already switching twice so didn’t bother. Breakfast was great, wonderful staff member on the floor and friendly chef. Cleanliness not up to par for a HGI.

Room 101 was noisy with pool equipment running nonstop or whatever it was. We did not ask for a room change as we were only there for 2 nights. We asked for room cleaning at checkin and it was never performed. Surprised to know breakfast was not included and was extra even though we are HH members, just not Gold. Not very Uber friendly area as it takes 20-60 mins to get one there. Not a hotel issue just an fyi.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Bed could've been a little more comfortable. Disappointed the pool wasn't heated and that the hottub was cemented over.

None of the lights in our room turned on. The wallpaper in the bathroom was spattered with something brown. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, which was after the check in time.

Poor food limited housekeeping & out of date,
This location is very outdated. We are a Hilton members and the room was next to housekeeper room hearing noises as early as 5 am. The breakfast I paid for with the room in advance for two days. Two servers and was forced to eat buffet, not very good. Or we had to wait for 8 people ahead of to order breakfast at 9 am. Did not use after paying for it Sunday, because it was not good and most things empty. We were woken the 2nd day early so we checked out. The worst part of the stay, no housekeeping for towels or emptying the trash. Would not recommend and way way overpriced.
