Rose checked in with a smile and cheerful demeanor. The room was spacious and clean. It's conveniently located to restaurants and the highway. Easy drive to Canton for attractions.

Nice and convenient stop near Kent State
What a great place to stay, right off I76 and near Kent State. Did not expect a truck stop to be so nicely furnished. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Loved having so many security cameras monitor parking lot. Very friendly front desk. Nice gym, but bring your own entertainment as TV in gym does not work. Would definitely pick this hotel again.

Overall the property was ok. The refrigerator was nice and cold which usually doesn’t happen in other hotels, the bed was comfy but the door to the room did not have a deadbolt as an additional safety measure. There was a small chain lock but it was broken. Anyone with a keycard could have entered my room - didn’t feel secure.

It was a good place to stay. Very clean everywhere and couldn't hear the highway traffic because of the distance away from it and the trees. The bed frame was noisy getting into or out of but otherwise good. If we are in the area again then this will be our go to hotel.

This was a last minute reservation because our original hotel had a power outage due to severe storm weather. The lobby was surprisingly welcome and checkin staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were a bit dated but otherwise clean and comfortable.

It was close to the freeway. The price was reasonable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area opened at 6 am. We went down to breakfast at 9 am and there was not much food left.

Booked a last minute 1 night stay while on a business trip. Rates were very reasonable and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. The service from the front desk was prompt, friendly and very welcoming. Hallways could use some updating but the room was great. King bed with fridge, micro, and updated bathroom. Would stay here again

Part of the hotel was tore up and areas closed off. Ice machine did not work. Bed let out a loud noise just by sitting on it. Walls to rooms were really thin. We could hear the dog next door just walking around. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really great!

This seems like a pretty safe Hotel and was clean and in good condition. The only reason for knocking off 1 star was the only way into the Hotel was the main entrance even though there were multiple other exterior doors. You could exit from these doors but they were locked and did not open with the key card. It was not a bad card as this was confirmed by the desk clerk. This was a pretty big inconvenience since my room was at the far end of a long hallway from the desk. When leaving for the final time I put something in the door to keep it from latching since I had multiple trips to make to my motorcycle. Also, there was bagels to toast but nothing to spread on them except butter. Very minor complaint.

The property is tastefully updated and our room was very large - plenty of space for us to relax after a very long day of driving. Check in was efficient. While the property was obviously busy, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our first night’s stay was. We hardly heard a thing and were both able to get a much-needed good sleep. The second night was less-so, but no fault of the hotel or its staff. (Kids who were up and loud all night were next door - a failure of their adult supervisor/parent in the room with them, not the hotel.) Feedback for the property owner - 1. The updates are beautiful, but finish the job with some caulking. 2. When cleaning daily, don’t forget the common areas. 3. A smile from the front desk person goes a long way with weary travelers.
