для деловой поездки вполне хороший отель просторные номера но шумная улица не дай бог открыть окно)... и неоправданно дорогое кафе от ресторана включая завтрак. абсолютное несоответствие цены и качества и категории номеров.

They said “No Room” at 1 AM
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I certainly booked my room via Expedia. And also I directly mailed to them because my flight is scheduled to arrive 0:25 AM at the airport. Then they sent a mail to me “OK No problem”. However, when I got to the hotel, the woman said “Sorry no room. Move to the other hotel”. I had no choice! She called a taxi and I was moved to “Green Hall Apart”. The hotel is very far from the city centre. And the room is not clean! Many ants move on the floor. I do not like it but it was already 2 AM. I slept with them.

Удобный и чистый отель.
Мы приехали ночью, нас встретили очень гостиприимно, сразу все рассказали об удобствах, скромной, но чистой столовой с континентальным завтраком, где можно пить чай или кофе круглые сутки и все бесплатно. Номера чистые, удобные, комфортные. Приветливый персонал гостиницы. Следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Чистый отель, приятный персонал
Бронировал на 1 ночь. Отель порадовал чистой. Завтрак не плотный, но перекусить утром вполне достаточно.Отдельно хочу отметить прекрасную работу персонала - очень приятный, дружелюбный и квалифицированный. Единственный минус - в моей комнате был не удобный пружинный матрац. Отель на 100% соответствует своей цене и звездности.

Никогда и ни за что и ни за какие деньги!
Останавливалась в отеле с 27 по 30 июня 2016 по рабочим вопросам.На hotels.com было указано, что отель принимает карты. На деле оказалось что не принимает. Внезапно (два дня назад) у них забрали терминал для оплаты на 2 недели для проверки :) На мой вопрос: а предупредить? мне возмущенно ответили, как мы можем всех предупредить, у нас же столько гостий (в отеле 9 номеров! из них заселены были только 8 и то на второй день нашего прибывания) Отель стоит прямо на дороге и начиная с 6 утра хотят трамваи. Такое впечатление, что они хотят рядом с твоей кроватью. Поэтому помимо очень сильного шума практически всю ночь с 6 утра прибавляется еще и сильные колебания пола, кровати и всего остального. Как будто начинается землетрясение. Завтрак-кусок хлеба с двумя кусочками колбасы (есть колбасу невозможно. на вторые сутки она была просто пропавшей, и это подтвердили еще два клиента в отеле утром), маленькое яблоко, кусочек плавленного сыра, джем (заметьте хлеб только с колбасой. джем и сыр извольте есть без хлеба), вафля. На шкафу над раковиной написано, что гостей просят убирать и мыть посуду за собой! но это отель, а не хостел! Ванна-кнопка сливного бачка постоянно западала, в душевой кабине по щиколотку стояла вода, как только начинаешь мыться. сказала об этом на ресепшн, но воз и ныне там ) Вывод-очень не рекомендую останавливаться в этой гостинице, так как безумно шумно и останетесь голодными!

Отель небольшой,очень уютный,обслуживающий персонал внимательный.Мне лично трамваи не мешали,как писалось ранее,т.к.ночью они не ездят.Для меня главное чистота номера и белья,всё это я получила.Огромное спасибо!
