Overall the Conrad was a great stay for our family. Pros: they have a great private beach and plenty of pool space. The service was generally fantastic and would probably influence our decision to return. Cons: One of the people in our party arrived with a broken foot and yet the room we were put in was very far despite the hotel being pretty empty. That was a bit frustrating. Beach- There were no rental options to snorkel or paddle (you have to purchase your own equipment at a store). Rental was advertised as an option so this was disappointing. Food: The cuisine options were pretty good for adults but the menus tended to be overly complex (adding as many ingredients as possible). Our kids are very adventurous eaters but even they often chose from the kids menu. Asian restaurant was our favorite.

Beautiful property and they offered vegan options. Also, it was very romantic for our honeymoon. However, I love all inclusive resorts. They food and drink may add up quickly.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. A good mix of food options. And the resort was beautiful. The design of resort is perfect for pictures.

Overall good, but not the luxury and top notch resort it claims to be, far from it. First night we found a giant cockroach in our room, service was slow overall, dining options are ok some restaurants are very good but most are average at best. Extremely overpriced for what it is
