A very average hotel.
Checkin was awesome. Front desk attendant was knowledgeable and well mannered. He came immediately and replaced light bulbs in our room. But our room did not have a phone and one of the lamps were not working. This is a below average to average hotel. Rooms are significantly outdated from the 1970s. Room is old and decrepit. Door does not seal correctly. Bathroom area very old and dirty. No effort has been made to update room. Sleep was good. Breakfast only waffles cereal and yogurt. Breakfast area fancy. No eggs. Very very basic. Seems to me hotel just wanted to put a check off the box. Staff was excellent.

The hotel was pretty clean. The shower head was terrible though. It wasn't adjustable and was coming out with such force it was painful. Also the ice machine wasn't working.

Roaches and Dogs
We have always used Quality Inn as our go to, when visiting family. During the past nine stays with Quality Inn,it was great. I was disappointed this time 😞. The room and bed smelled of wet dog, and the roaches made themselves comfortable in the bed with us,as well as climbing the walls. I did bring the issues to the attention of insight management,her response was " did you have a DD on your door? We have called pest control but they can't get here until Tuesday ,but there's nothing we can do about it until then" She did offer extra Choice points, but"my card wasn't showing "😕
