Very nice Hotel. Not Happy I was not offered a free upgrade as MANY of the Expedia affiliated hotels offer (The hotel and City is off season now) and I know there were rooms available. But were quick sell me me an upgrade at €100 a night! NOT HAPPY. The young lady (She knows who she is) was arrogant to say the least. If you don’t for help with your luggage forget it. The second day I was at the hotel and elder woman was struggling with her suitcases because there are stairs and the staff saw it and did nothing. I saw this and I helped even though less 2 years ago I had extensive spine surgery. Other than these issues it’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities and FANTASTIC BREAKFAST buffet.

Perfect
Perfection!!! Beautiful hotel with a perfect location on the harbor. The bathroom and shower were amazing and the room was large and comfortable. Staff were lovely and breakfast had everything one could wish for.
