The picture advertising the”presidential suite” was nothing like the third world flop house room I was given. I have photographic proof and they refunded my money for the booking. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay at a hotel that bad. plastic chair for a desk chair crack in the vanity. Missing paint on doors and walls. I don’t know how days inn would keep this location on their franchise.

Terrible. First room couldn't be locked from inside as the deadbolt wasn't properly aligned. Manager gave us adjacent room, that could lock, but whose phone and WiFi both didn't work. It also advertised free breakfast but didn't have any. We left as soon as possible. Cannot urgent enough to avoid this property .Plenty of other low cost hotels on the same street.

My room key was shut off EACH day I was there. I had to go to the office every morning to get it turned on. More importantly, instead of getting a check out sheet from the office to see if I left, a cleaning person (man), put his face up against my window to look inside my room while I was still in bed. The room was run down and dirty, there was no pool as advertised, couldn’t find an ice machine, no blo dryer. Horrible place to stay!!

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell that was hard to identify. Communication was challenging as some staff struggled with English. The two rooms I reserved—one for my fiancé and me, and the other for my brother—had noticeable dents and marks on the walls, which were also stained/dirty. The shower appeared either dirty or stained with a yellowish or orange tint. Despite the listing stating that coffee makers and hair dryers were included, our rooms lacked these amenities. Overall, I felt quite let down. At breakfast, the only option available was a bowl of granola bars, which didn’t appeal to me at all. My fiancé and I tried the juice, but it was overly diluted and not enjoyable.

I booked a room in a Days Inn and Suites . 4 stories with elevators and corridors. What I got was an old outdated hotel .Ditry,No ice, no free breakfast. O one at desk. Definitely don’t recommend.

Check-in went fine, the man was polite. But. As my family an I entered the back building to head to our room, there were no security features, anyone could walk into the building, left wide open!!! The smell in building was awful! Our room smell was very bad as well, was not freshly cleaned. Bathroom wasn’t that clean, towels had a slight odor, toilet not cleaned properly , mold stains in ceiling, light fixture above bathroom mirror not working, not enough light from regular wall lighting in bathroom, shower gel didn’t smell good, room wasn’t welcoming at all, one of the bedspreads/duvet cover had a large stain in center, was it even washed? Neither bathroom floor nor room floor looked like it was washed. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly!!!! Even saw some tiny flies flying low to the floor! My family and I won’t be staying here again!

From the first look it was clean but tub was very dirty purchased my own cleaning products and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Later in the night started seeing roaches in the bathroom

Many roaches, shady looking people all around. I think there are hookers there too. Body wash dispenser was broken in shower, got questioned when I asked for extra towels. Building is incomplete, many areas weren’t finished. Gym was weak, treadmill and bike is all there is. Pool has mattresses in it and it’s closed off. Staff stink, went into elevator after one person walked out, almost puked because he smelled so bad. Overall nasty and I would never come back.
