The description of the room on expédia Was wrong. No sofa bed. We had to pay to change room to Have One. They say its expedia’s fault. We just drove 14hours and were exausted so we just paid. Wifi not working in the room, no sheets for the sofa-bed, electric outlet not working. Huge room but tiny bathroom, no shelf to put toiletry, had to put it on the toilet

The reception staff at the front desk were polite, helpful, and kind. It was a pleasure to interact with them, and I appreciated their expediency with checking in. Parking was an added $18 per day, which I thought was excessive, but the valet staff were also very polite and helpful. The property and rooms were very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located downtown in a walkable area for food, events, and some boutique shopping. I was thrilled to discover a vegan restaurant only around the corner from the hotel, making my stay very convenient for food options. If the room was quieter (could hear doors slamming, items being dropped on floor above, people in hall), I would have given five stars. Once I turned on the bathroom fan and a white noise app on my phone, I was able to sleep through the noise. If I go to Albany again, I would certainly stay here!

The property was clean and nice. Parking was easy. Restaurant inside hotel was nice and accommodating late at night. Hot water was scolding hot. Bed side light didn’t work had to unscrew bulb to shut it off. Due to it being so late at night didn’t call front desk as sleep was required.
