The rooms are very dirty. The bed linens were very dingy. The sheets were supposed to be white but looked off white and almost gray. I called the front desk and asked for linen change. A few moments later there was a knock at my door. I was expecting house keeping but instead got a man with a bin, who handed me the same dingy looking bed sheets. I refused to accept it. The upholstered lounge chair in the room was heavily stained and dirty. There were hair strands found on the bedside tables. The bathroom had a strong odor of urine that could instantly be detected upon opening the bathroom door. The shower curtain reeked of human body odor like that of a homeless person. I was so discussed that I went to a nearby Target to buy a set of bedsheets and Lysol and disinfecting wipes to clean the room myself. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking a hotel. I really hope the Hilton gets it together and fix these issues. They really can’t compromise on cleanliness.

Nice room and close to downtown. Cons PARKING. they have a small lot. If it’s full you either park on the street or pay $7 to park in the lot breakfast wasn’t that good. Lot of hairs left in bathroom.

I checked out an hour after getting there because none of my accommodations were met and the pool was my main reason for booking with them and they waited until check in time to chemical treat the pool which made it out of service

The chair in the room and carpet were stained and dirty. We had multiple night stsy and housekeeper didn’t come in at all. The price was double the SUNY location but not as clean or attentive to details of room. The pool area was ok but also dirty floors, could have swept and mopped.

My room was not very clean. I was missing a closet door. My sheets and room had a distinct smell to it. It smelled like dirty laundry, and there were stains on the walls, the chair, and sticky surfaces. Elevator buttons were sticky. Original front desk personnel when checking in was not very friendly and offered minimal assistance when asked questions. I received no receipt upon check out. Not via email or paper, and was not asked. I was also not informed about the additional charge for liability when my credit card was charged. Another guest informed me of this after the fact. It was convenient for being at the hospital all weekend for work, but it was not worth the cost by any means. The sheets and towels were yellow and gray with stains present.
